As an active 49 year old who plays sports and spends 5-6 days a week in the gym, I was concerned when I tore my rotator cuff in August that I wouldn't be able to to the 
things I love to do. But to my surprise, after 5 months, I am back in the gym. And looking forward to playing sports again in the spring.
